HOT PLATE WELDING
Hot plate welding allows our clients to utilize the injection molding process to combine two molded parts into one part. This process is used to cost effectively produce low pressure overflow tanks for water and petroleum products.
The ultrasonic process allows LMR to cost effectively assemble two plastics parts that could not be molded as one part. This process also allows us to add fasteners to the plastic parts we mold.
This provides an opportunity for our clients to create a complex plastic subassembly comprised of plastic components and inserts in a cost effective manner.
Spin welding allows LMR to permanently attach two different plastic parts when they cannot be molded as one.
This allows our clients to have an opportunity to create a complex plastic product without the need to add assembly of the subcomponents to their process, saving both fastener cost and time.
